BP-SCADA Informational System
- BP-SCADA is used to integrate all related equipment in production, collect all GMP related quality data including important process parameters and equipment operations data. The SCADA system achieves real-time monitoring and gives alarm of the production process.
- The EBR(electronic batch record) system comes with a module that fully meets 21 CFR Part 11. The embedded batch report records all information generated during the batch execution process in the batch history database, such as production events, process data, material usage, equipment usage, and operator work.
- Electronic work instructions that allow SOP comparison and reduce the risk of personnel operating errors; Configure electronic process instructions to allow operators to compare SOPs on screen and confirm their operations.
